KEY Responsibilities & Context:
Education:
A 4-year graduation degree in business discipline from a recognized university is preferred.
Experience:
Applicants should have a maximum of 3 years of experience.
The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:
– Banks
– IT Enabled Service
– Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
Job experience in the relevant industry is not mandatory.
Key Skills:
Technical/Job Knowledge:
– Must be an expert in working with MS Excel and managing large databases.
Interpersonal/Managerial:
– Excellent communication skills are a must for this position.
– Experience as an orator in extracurricular activities and proficiency in public speaking and writing in Bangla are preferred.
